Actually, I’m not a ‘sashimi lover’, I used to enjoy croaker sashmi in the summer. Koreans have the custom of having special food like hot chicken soup called ‘Samgyetang‘ in order to beat the hot summer heat. Meanwhile, some people, like me, choose ‘croaker sashimi’ as their dog-day food. Now, I am in Korea, heading to my favorite croaker sashimi restaurant with my friends and enjoying this special food celebrating my welcome home.
